1. Acceptance

By installing or using Minibar (“the app”), provided by Glaze Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

The app lets you create and display a call-to-action bar in your store’s customer account area. You are responsible for the content you publish through the app and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and Shopify’s policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to display unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the app available and working, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We may update, change or discontinue features.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glaze Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the app.

6. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your store. On uninstall, associated session data is removed.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the latest version will always be posted on this page.
